This information is based on data found in MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE itself. Remember, nothing here is confirmation of anything releasing sooner or later, and is subject to change at any time.
So far datamines from UltraRumble.com have been consistently correct with releases and nothing has been wrong. Things found in the past in previous seasons have in fact released in the following seasons.
(Eg. Twice and All for One found prior in Season 2, released in Season 3/4. Mirio and Dabi's Quirk Set found in Season 4, released/releasing in Season 5.)

There are JSON data files as well for this mode similarly to the existing modes that are playable in-game. On 2024-03-27, this data was removed. This data was re-added as of 2024-09-25.
All Future Quirk Sets! Official Translations for Supported Languages! (UPDATED)
Added to MasterData as of 2024-09-25
Previously, the quirk set list Hydros found was only in the variants table of the data, which was only given in Japanese. As of 2024-09-25, the variants table data was removed, but all future quirk set releases have been added to the language master data for all supported languages. Hawks and Present Mic quirk sets are also included.
Note: These are subject to change at any point. The order of these quirk sets is not guaranteed to happen in this order specifically.
Season 9 & Season 10 Potential Characters!
DamageParamTable JSON file in the Game PAK files, was updated on 2024-11-20
There are large changes made to the DamageParamTable JSON file, where Kurogiri (Ch103) and Shinso (Ch105) have the most drastic changes made to their skill data. There is no particular order known. To add, Ch104 (Monoma) did not have any drastic changes like the other two did.
In the image, I have provided some JSON diffs, which basically is comparing the two files (Old vs New) and seeing what specifically changed. The "Old" file is from 9/25/2024, the Start of Season 7. And the "New" file is from 11/20/2024, which was the start of Season 8. Even with the update during Season 7 mid season, these drastic changes are still there and have not been referenced until now
